Mittens & More

Winter is cold in the Northwest – but you can give the gift of warmth to a foster child. KOIN Local 6, Interstate Roofing and Al’s Garden Centers are teaming up in support of Mittens & More, benefiting the Wednesday’s Child Foundation.

There are two ways to donate:

• Bring your items to the KOIN Local 6 studios at 2nd and Columbia,in downtown Portland. Look for the Mittens & More barrels in the KOIN Local 6 lobby.
  
• Deliver your items to Al’s Garden Center at any of their three locations . The first 100 families per day to donate clothing to Mittens & More at ANY of Al’s locations will take home a free poinsettia through December 11th!

December 11 - Donate new coats, hats, gloves or mittens.
December 12 - Interstate Roofing transports all the donated clothing for the big Mittens & More event.
December 13 - KOIN Local 6 anchor Jeff Gianola will invite local foster children to pick out free winter clothing.
