SHERIDAN, Ore. (KOIN) - Detectives are asking for the public’s help in finding the man they say tried to rob a market in the Oregon town of Sheridan Friday.
Yamhill County deputies said the man walked into Bill's Market and handed a note to the clerk asking for money -- or else.
But then three customers came in and the man left without taking anything.
He's described as being about 5-feet-10 and between 25 and 35 years old. He’s also described as having a short, stubbly beard.
