Creature VR damaged by fire

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- Firefighters put out a fire at a virtual reality arcade in Northeast Portland onTuesday night.

Portland Fire and Rescue said crews arrived to find heavy smoke coming from Creature VR at NE Glisan and NE 92nd just before 11 p.m. The fire was in the attic.

NE Glisan was closed so firefighters could run a hose from a fire hydrant but crews cleared the lines not long after the alarm was recalled at 11:20 p.m.

A fire investigator is on scene to determine what caused the fire.
