PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- A power outage affecting 2,400 customers has also forced the Portland Art Museum and Portland Clinic to close Thursday.
Pacific Power officials said the issue happened at its north substation near the Fremont Bridge, where crews were doing upgrades when a piece of equipment malfunctioned.
The outage affected Park Ave. to 405 and Burnside to Jefferson.
The Portland Clinic instructed patients to visit the Tigard urgent care for immediate needs and appointments will be rescheduled.
Pacific Power planned to have power restored by 5 p.m. but it was back on by 3 p.m.
