PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- A man was arrested after police said he damaged a restaurant bathroom while officers were there on their lunch break.
Beaverton police said Daniel Vasquez, 21, spent 15 minutes in the bathroom at Zen Teriyaki and afterward, the owner found graffiti on the walls. The graffiti was done with gold, black and white pens
The officers found gold, black and white pens on Vasquez when they arrested him. He confessed to damaging the bathroom and having anti-depressant drugs on him. He faces charges of 4th-degree possession of a controlled substance, 4th-degree unlawful delivery of a controlled substance and 2nd-degree criminal mischief.
