PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- Cesar Chavez Boulevard is expected to reopen to traffic late Monday night or early Tuesday morning.
It has been closed since late last month for sewer construction between Division and Hawthorne streets.
By working 24 hours a day, crews completed the 21-day project in just 11 days.
The road, once known as 39th Avenue, is expected to reopen sometime before 1 a.m.
