ALOHA, Ore. (KOIN) — A 14-year-old developmentally disabled boy from Aloha missing since Thursday afternoon was found safely on Saturday.
Shai Jackson was last seen on Thursday around 3 p.m. wearing green or purple basketball shorts, black tennis shoes, and a blue t-shirt. He was spotted at Paddy's Restaurant on SW Yamhill in Portland.
