PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- The Ross Island Sand & Gravel Co. is footing the clean-up bill after a barge and a tug sank Tuesday night in the Willamette River.
The sinking left a small oil spill at the pier near the Ross Island Sand & Gravel Co.
Cleanup crews are using booms to soak up the oil, which is being described as a fairly small spill.
Coast Guard crews are investigating.
