PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- A water main broke near SW 21st Avenue and Salmon Street in Portland Monday night.
Repair crews plan to work through the night to fix the break.
Water could be seen seeping through a crack in the street at the SW 21st Avenue intersection with Salmon Street.
As of 9 p.m. the road is closed in that area.
All over Salem and parts of Marion County, road conditions were still hazardous Friday night with even the main roads coated with a layer of ice and snow.
