(KOIN) -- A 2-year-old girl who went missing from her custodial home Tuesday evening has been located.
The girl's mother brought her to the Woodburn Police Department at 1:45 a.m. Wednesday.
According to Woodburn police, Emerald Smith lives with her grandmother -- her custodial guardian. On Tuesday evening, her mother, 23-year-old Arianna Butcher, visited the home and took Smith for a walk. When the two did not return home, Smith's grandmother first went looking for them, and then contacted police.
No arrests have been made. Police are investigating.
