GRESHAM, Ore. (KOIN) - Rain, slick roads and gusty wind all were factors in a rollover crash that killed a girl Sunday afternoon, the driver -- through his roommate -- told KOIN 6 News.

The roommate said the driver is in shock from the accident around 4 p.m. Sunday on the ramp to westbound I-84 from NE 181st Avenue in Gresham.
That ramp has seen other accidents where cars slammed into the concrete barriers in the 270-degree turn.
