PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- The body of an adult man was pulled from the Willamette River Thursday morning.
Around 11 a.m. the River Patrol from the Multnomah County Sheriff's Office retrieved the body from the river near Terminal 4 and took it to the medical examiner's office.
No other information is available at this time.
