PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- A Clark County woman who is the non-custodial parent of a 3-year-old is believed to be intentionally hiding the girl over a custody dispute.
Authorities believe the woman, Sylvia Wilda, 38, has her daughter Kasia Hall with her.
Kasia's biological father has legal custody.
Investigators said Wilda took the child from the Clark County area and is believed to be hiding out in the Salem area.
A warrant for custodial interference was issued and there is also a restraining order preventing mother and daughter from being together.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Clark County Sheriff's Office.
All over Salem and parts of Marion County, road conditions were still hazardous Friday night with even the main roads coated with a layer of ice and snow.
