The demolition of Darcelle XV Plaza, previously known as O’Bryant Square, has been pushed to January 2024, city officials told KOIN 6 News.

Portland’s first five-star luxury hotel is just days away from its grand opening, and KOIN 6 took an exclusive tour through the building.

The hotel will feature 17,000 square feet of space with 35 stories, 207 guestrooms and 44 suites.

The store will have its grand opening and ribbon-cutting on Saturday, Oct. 21

Guests will be met with a “whimsical land of ancient forests and lush landscapes” once the bar opens.
