Forming the Clackamas County Emergency Preparedness Council

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — The Clackamas County Board of Commissioners has plans to form a Community Emergency Preparedness Council.

This is in response to the three federally declared disasters in the county throughout 2020 and 2021. Clackamas County Board Chair Tootie Smith joined AM Extra on Friday to explain more on what the council will do.
