PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A new and inclusive playground began construction at Vancouver’s Marshall Park on Monday!
The city is partnering with Harper’s Playground to build a fully accessible playground. Cody Goldberg, co-founder and executive director of Harper’s Playground, joined AM Extra to share more.
The groundbreaking ceremony began at 10 a.m. Monday at Marshall Park.
