Working from home–and even simple household activities–can create problems for our body. One solution is seeking help from a physical therapist.
Brian Blevins, Senior Clinic Director with Stride Strong Physical Therapy joined AM Extra for Move it Monday to talk about developing routines and ways to keep those aches and pains from popping up.
