NE Portland’s Community Cycling Center reopens after major re-brand

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A local non-profit that has long been a staple for the Portland bicycling community is undergoing a major re-brand.

The Community Cycling Center in the Alberta Arts District is re-opening today, marking a major transition in the services they offer.

William Francis, program director at the Community Cycling Center joined AM Extra to talk about the big changes and the mission behind them.
