PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A celebration of Latino culture in Northeast Portland was cancelled Saturday when heavy rain moved into the area.
Festival Latino was set for Cully Park with food vendors, free performances, arts and crafts and games.
The event was going to feature a performance by Orquestra Pacifico Tropical and screening of The Incredibles 2 in Spanish (with English subtitles) at dusk.
But officials with Portland Parks and Rec cancelled the event around 5:30 p.m.
