PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — The world of tattoos is taking over the Portland Expo Center.

The Portland Tattoo Expo is Friday, Oct. 11 from 2-10 p.m. and Oct. 12 from 12-10 p.m. and Oct. 13 from 12-8 p.m.
