The Waterfront Blues Fest Cares Concert supports 2 local organizations this year

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — The first night of the 2021 Waterfront Blues Festival marked a milestone in the return to normal life.

This year’s festival, dubbed “Upriver 2021,” is being held at the Lot at Zidell Yards. It benefits Meals on Wheels People and the Jeremy Wilson Foundation which supports local musicians in crisis.
