PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – Al’s Garden & Home is kicking off it’s first Plant Madness tournament with Everyday Northwest March 13 as 16 perennials and annuals face off to be named spring’s favorite plant.
Round one features the evergreen fern versus lavender with round two showcasing the heliotrope and pansy.
