PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — This weekend colorful kites of all shapes and sizes will take to the skies of Lincoln City as the Fall Kite Festival returns.
Happening all weekend at D River State Recreation Site, the festival includes expert kite flying demonstrations, kite making and more!
