$20M Public Safety Training Center opens in Hillsboro

All-inclusive training center for law enforcement

HILLSBORO, Ore. (KOIN) — The ribbon was cut Tuesday on the brand new $20 million Washington County Public Safety Training Center.

The 116,029 square foot facility at 600 SW Walnut Street in Hillsboro has been planned for several years. It’s designed as an all-inclusive training center for law enforcement with classrooms, shooting ranges, outdoor emergency vehicle training course and the largest scenario village and mock jail in the area.
