All were arrested on reckless driving charges

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Continuing their street racing crackdown, the PPB arrested 4 men and towed 3 cars over the weekend.

Officers made 16 traffic stops involving street racing on Saturday and Sunday.

They arrested 4 young men, ages ranging from 18 to 22.

The 2 youngest, Zachary Welter, 18, and Cameron Toosovich, 19, were charged with reckless driving and reckless endangering.

Zachary Drazner, 20, was arrested on 2 counts of felony eluding, witness tampering and probation violation detainer in addition to reckless driving and endangering. Marcus Bolivar, 22, was charged with a violation of release agreement along with reckless driving.

This is the latest update in a string of street racing-focused arrests over recent months.
