PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — The Alpenrose Dairy board has voted to move forward wth the sale to Smith Brothers Farms.
The vote comes after a Multnomah County judge ruled to dismiss an attempt to block the sale.
The sale is not supposed to include some of the facilities around the dairy — like the Velodrom, opera house and storybook lane.
