CLACKAMAS, Ore. (KOIN) — A 20-mile cleanup on the Clackamas River from Estacada to the Clackamette was the spot where volunteers worked to rid the waterway of junk and debris.

The Clackamas River Basin Council and the non-profit We Love Clean Rivers worked on the spot Sunday afternoon.

Each year they collect between 2 and 4 tons of garbage.
