WILSONVILLE, Ore. (KOIN) — Two people were injured just after midnight Tuesday after a Ferrari crashed on I-5 in Wilsonville.

Oregon State Police said the driver of the Italian sports car was speeding in the southbound lanes when he lost control and crashed into the center median at milepost 283. Both the driver and his passenger were taken to local hospitals with injuries.

The driver — identified as 57-year-old John Randal McCauley — was later released from the hospital and arrested for DUII.

It’s unclear how serious the passenger’s injuries are.

A Ferrari can cost anywhere from $188,000 to $400,000.
