PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Oregon State Police troopers are looking for a driver who hit and killed a pedestrian on Highway 395 in Umatilla County.
A red Honda car hit Antonia M. Cobarubias from behind as she was pushing a shopping cart northbound near milepost 4A at about 2:30 a.m. on Saturday, troopers said.

The 41-year-old from Hermiston died at the scene.
Authorities said the Honda, which didn’t stop, left several pieces behind. It may be a Civic made between 1996 and 2000 with aftermarket parts.
