PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — An 18-year-old man was seriously injured in a hit-and-run Thursday afternoon in Aloha.
The crash happened just before 4 p.m. in the 6400 block of Southwest 192nd Avenue.
Authorities originally reported the incident as a hit-and-run involving a pedestrian; however, deputies later clarified that a car side-swiped 2 other vehicles and took off.
The teen was inside of the suspect vehicle, according to Washington County Sheriff deputies — but it’s unclear how he ended up injured on the ground.
Deputies said the injured man was conscious and talking when he was transported by ambulance and his injuries didn’t appear to be life-threatening.
