Wet roads blamed for fatal crash near Damascus

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — At least one person died in a crash after a rainy Friday morning made roads slippery near Damascus.

The crash happened on Southeast 232nd Drive between Southeast Royer Road and Highway 212.

Slick road conditions caused by light rain led to the collision, the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office said.

No further details have been released.
