Bullets hit BMW in Rock Creek, but no one hurt

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — No one was hurt when shots were fired and hit a BMW in Rock Creek in the early hours of Sunday, but investigators with the Violent Crimes Unit are still looking into the case.

The BMW was hit twice around 3:20 a.m. in the area of NW Rock Creek Drive and Landing Drive, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office said. The bullets pierced the rear window and the trunk.

Investigators told KOIN 6 News the victims told them a person complained about the BMW being parked at a nearby business right before the shooting.

No suspect has been identified and the case is active and ongoing.
