GRESHAM, Ore. (KOIN) — A man was arrested after police said he was touching himself in a sauna at LA Fitness, took pictures and assaulted a half-naked man before biting the gym’s manager.

According to the probable cause document, the victim told Gresham police he was in the sauna with the suspect — Randall King — when the suspect “stared him in the eyes” and started to masturbate. The victim reported that King stopped and apologized, and then left the sauna after he told him to stop.

However, the victim told police King returned several minutes later.

The victim reported King to the front desk and asked staff to remove him.

The probable cause states that King started taking pictures of the victim, who was only wearing underwear at the time. The victim said he slapped the phone out of King’s hand and handed it to the manager.

According to the document, King picked up his large, stainless steel water bottle and hit the victim in the head. He then allegedly turned to the manager, who was on the phone with police, and bit him on the back of the hand in order to get his phone back. He then left the area.

The responding officers arrived at the gym, located at 779 NW Council Dr., shortly after and saw King walking down the street.

The probable cause document states the officers approached King and tried to take him into custody when he kicked one of the officers. He continued to resist arrest even after he was handcuffed.

Eventually, King was taken into custody. He faces several charges, including public indecency, 2nd-degree attempted assault, unlawful use of a weapon, attempted assault of a public safety office and 4th-degree attempted assault, 4th-degree assault and resisting arrest.
