PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — The suspect in an armed robbery at the Oregon City Fred Meyer has been arrested a week after the incident. 

Oregon City police said Jacob D. Bundy, of Hillsboro, fled the scene in a silver Nissan Cube and led police on a chase that ended in SE Portland on March 14. Bundy allegedly ditched the car at SE 93rd and SE Duke Street and was not found until Thursday morning. 

Bundy was arrested and lodged in the Clackamas County jail for first-degree robbery, menacing, 2nd-degree theft and a no bail parole violation warrant. 

A heavy police presence gathered in Southeast Portland on Wednesday in connection with an armed robbery that happened at a Fred Meyer in Oregon City, police confirmed.
