PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A Portland man was arrested Sunday after a domestic violence incident ended in gunfire.
When police arrived just before 2:30 p.m., witnesses led them to the suspect, who was driving away.
Officers stopped the car and arrested the driver, 28-year-old Henry Edwards Jr.
Police said Edwards had been arguing with a woman. During their fight, he allegedly strangled her and fired a gun at her car, flattening a tire.
Edwards faces multiple charges, including unlawful use of a weapon, 2 counts of strangulation and unlawful discharge of a firearm.
