Man arrested for threatening shooting at Lottery Headquarters

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) --- A man was arrested for threatening the Oregon Lottery Headquarters Office in Salem on Tuesday.

Oregon State Police say the 42-year-old Jason David Ouellette of Lebanon sent an e-mail threatening to shoot and kill people.

OSP Gaming Enforcement Detectives along with Major Crimes Detectives began investigating the threat.  

Ouellette was arrested and charged with menacing.
