PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A man was caught on camera robbing a Bank of the West in St. Helens on Tuesday evening.

Just before 4:30 p.m. on July 30, the man gave the teller a note demanding money but didn’t have a weapon. Police said he ran away toward Legacy Clinic.

He was a light-skinned man in his mid-30s, about 6-feet-tall with black hair and light facial hair. He was wearing a black long-sleeved shirt, black pants, sunglasses and a desert camouflage baseball hat.
