Clark County rape suspect’s masseur license suspended

BATTLE GROUND, Wash. (KOIN) — The Washington State Department of Health suspended the credential of a Battle Ground massage therapist.

Eddie Dean Anzalone is accused of inappropriately touching two female clients in February 2019, according to the department. Anzalone has been charged in Clark County Superior Court with second-degree rape and indecent liberties without forcible compulsion. Both charges are felonies.

Anzalone is not allowed to practice massage in Washington until the charges are resolved. He can request a hearing to contest the charges within 20 days.

According to the Department of Health, anyone who believes a health care provider has acted unprofessionally can call 360-236-4700 to report it.
