PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Proud Boy member Tusitala “Tiny” Toese has been sentenced to 10 days in jail for a probation violation.

Toese turned himself in on Friday, Oct. 25 and is being held without bail.

Toese is a familiar right-wing protester who was also in court on Oct. 7 facing charges for outstanding warrants for 3rd- and 4th-degree assault. The charges stem from a June 2018 incident.

In February 2018, Toese was sentenced to 12 months probation and ordered to serve 40 hours of community service.

In his last court appearance, Toese told reporters, “I’m a proud western chauvinist and I refuse to apologize for creating a modern world.”
