Malcolm K. Menefee was booked at the Multnomah County Detention Center on multiple charges, including unlawful use of a weapon and reckless endangerment, according to the Portland Police Bureau.

Officers responded to reports of shots fired in the Vernon neighborhood just before 3 p.m. but they didn’t find a suspect or any evidence of gunfire.
