PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Someone fired a gun out of a moving car near Holladay Park in the Lloyd Neighborhood Monday evening.
Portland police said officers responded to reports of multiple gunshots near NE 11th Avenue and NE Hollaway Street just after 6:30 p.m.
No victims were found at the scene or at nearby hospitals but police found bullet casings. Bullets hit a building, which was occupied and shattered a window.
