PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — One person was hospitalized with stab wounds Thursday night, Portland police said.
Officers said they received a report of 2 people bleeding but found only one hurt man and another person who was trying to help him in the 300 block of SW Broadway Boulevard around 8 p.m.
The man was transported to a Portland hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, according to police.
Officers said the stabbing likely took place somewhere other than where the victim was found, possibly near SW Ankeny Street to Burnside from 1st to 2nd Avenues.
Portland police suspected a group of white males in their teens to 20s were involved.
