PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A stabbing near a Southeast Portland high school sent an 18-year-old to the hospital on Thursday, police said.
The victim is a student at Franklin High School on Southeast Woodward Street, according to the Portland Police Bureau.
Police arrived at the school to find the victim at the school’s health clinic. He was taken to a local hospital with what appeared to be non-life-threatening injuries.
Officials were working to learn what led to the stabbing and where it happened. They were also looking for the person or people involved in the attack.
