Teen grabbed by stranger after getting off bus

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A teenage girl was grabbed by a stranger while walking home from school in Cornelius on Tuesday afternoon.

The Washington County Sheriff’s Office said the 14-year-old got off her Neil Armstrong Middle School bus near North 21st Avenue and North Holladay Street on May 21 when she was grabbed from behind. The girl was able to get away and was not hurt.

The suspect is described as a white or Hispanic man about 5-foot-8 and 200 pounds. He has curly hair and a full black beard. He was seen getting into an older white van with a sliding door and tinted windows.
