Tigard man arrested after dispute ends in shooting

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A Tigard man was arrested after a Thursday afternoon shooting left one person hurt, police said.

Tigard police were told a man had been shot at about 6 p.m. near Greenburg Road and Center Street.

Officers said they found a 41-year-old injured man when they got to the scene. He was taken to a hospital and was treated and released several hours later.

After following witness tips to the 1700 block of Greenburg Road, officers said they found and arrested 61-year-old Glenn Howard Fischbuch.

Authorities said there seemed to be some kind of dispute between Fischbuch and the victim which escalated into violence.

Fischbuch was booked at the Washington County Jail on charges of attempted murder, assault and unlawful use of a weapon, according to police.
