PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Two traffic stops and a house search ended with 2 men in the Multnomah County Jail after meth, heroin, pills, cash and property was found, Portland police said Tuesday.

Jason Blythe and Donald Beasley were arrested on a variety of charges, including drugs and weapons. Officers were tipped off to drug activity in the Brentwood-Darlington neighborhood, which promoted the police investigation.

When a home was searched Monday, authorities said they found 2.4 pounds of meth, 3/4 pound of heroin, 125 Xanax pills, $2000 in stolen property, $7000 in cash and another $1400 in counterfeit money.

Beasley, 47, faces possession and delivery of meth and heroin charges. Blythe, 42, also faces delivery of meth and heroin charges, plus being a felon in possession of a gun and a parole violation.

Investigators continue to look into the stolen guns and property that was recovered.
