PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Three teenage girls were arrested for their roles in a September 19 fight at McNary High School that was watched by hundreds of students.
Two of the girls, 15 and 16 years old, were cited for disorderly conduct for the fight that broke out around 2:20 p.m. near the gym. Staff members broke up that fight but not before “hundreds of students” gathered around, officials said.
Another 15-year-old girl was cited for interfering. All three girls were released to their parents or guardians, officials said.
When a Keizer Police school resource officer arrived at the fight scene, two boys were identified as being involved in the incident. The boys struggled with the officer and other police were called to the scene.
Both boys were then arrested. They face disorderly conduct and interfering with a peace officer charges.
