PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A freshman at Sandy High School is hoping her art will reach millions of people.
Cinthya Bautista was recently selected as one of Google’s 53 state and territory winners in the 11th annual Doodle for Google competition.
The theme of this year’s contest is “When I grow up, I hope…”
Cinthya said her art represents her hope that endangered species will be saved from extinction and her belief that children are the key to our future.
From June 3 to 7, you can vote here. The winner will be awarded a $30,000 scholarship.
