Creo Chocolate is a local family-owned chocolate shop. The company is gearing up for a busy Valentine’s Day rush.
Kohr Harlan learned how the chocolate is made at the production facility in Northeast Portland. The KOIN 6 crew even got to personalize some of the hand-crafted chocolate.
