Golf carts catch fire in Vancouver parking lot

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A wooden shelter, a big hedge and a row of golf carts caught fire on Tuesday in the parking lot of a large Vancouver golf, tennis and athletic facility.

The fire happened at 4:38 p.m. at Green Meadows, which is located at 7703 Northeast 72nd Drive. It lasted for about five minutes.

No one was injured. It’s not known how much damage was caused. 

The Clark County Fire Marshal is investigating.

No cause has been determined.
